Brock has been dishing out some amazing cajun food in his surrounding community and has made a name for himself with his bold flavors and over portioned platters. Brock is originally from Louisiana and grew up on the Bayou where he was able to immerse himself in the culture and food and bring that with him all the way to California. He is an assassin in the kitchen and an awesome father to his 2 children and we wish Brock continued success on building his business.
